Membership SUPPORT / FAQ
1. Do I need to pay to download the app?
You are not charged simply by downloading our Hips+Heels App.
Downloading the app gives you the opportunity to navigate and explore the app to get a feel of our program content and structure.
The app is an additional feature/ benefit of our membership.
However, just downloading the app doesn't give you access to view the videos. To view the videos and access the full program, simply sign up for a free trial with any of our membership options.
2. How many devices can I use my membership on?
You can sign in using any of your devices - computer, smartphone, smart tv, tablet/ iPad etc., and easily pick up where you left off across your devices.
Please note that there are certain features (playlist creation, digital dance diary/ in-app calendar etc) that are only available on the app and not within the website. The app is free to use on your iPhone/iPad/google phone/ tablet when you have a membership with us. You can download the app via the apple/ google play stores.
3. Free Trial & Renewal
If this is your first time with us, you can try out our hips + heels membership with a 7-day free trial. If you decide that it’s not right for you at this time, just cancel before the free trial ends and you won’t be charged. You can do this by logging into your account and go to "Settings". If you decide to keep it, no action is required on your end, and you will be charged at the end of the free trial for the subscription plan you selected when you signed up.
4. Accessing + Updating Your Account
You can do this by logging into your account via our website: www.hipsandheels.co and go to "Settings".
5. Upgrading from a monthly plan to an quarterly/ annual plan
IMPORTANT NOTE 🙂
If you first signed up on the website, then you will need to change your subscription by logging into your account on the website. Go to "Membership Options" to make your changes. Once you purchase the new annual plan, it will take effect immediately. Any unused time on your monthly plan will be prorated and deducted from the quarterly/ annual plan's charge.

All in-app subscriptions are managed by Apple, and Google. To change your in-app subscriptions please follow the instructions for your device below:

6. Convert from an annual plan to a quarterly/ monthly plan
Be sure to make this change at least 24 hours before your next billing date renewal. This change will take effect after the end of your current annual plan period.

If you first signed up on the website, then you will need to change your subscription by logging into your account on the website. Go to "Membership Options" to make your changes.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
All plans will automatically renew for the plan you selected, unless cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term. If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the program membership you paid for until the next billing date. You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your account and going to Settings.
