Change your Membership

Yes! If you're in the middle of your monthly/ quarterly plan, you will be pro-rated the amount left in that paid period towards your yearly membership. Your membership will be updated once you purchase the annual plan. 

You can cancel at anytime. You will still be able to access the program/ app till the end of your paid billing period. There are no refunds. 

We need to receive your cancelation notification via email at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. Once cancelled, your membership will terminate at the end of the paid billing period and you will no longer be charged nor have access to the program.

That depends on where  you purchased our membership...

If you purchased your membership on our website (not via App Store/ google play), then you can email us at [email protected] 

to cancel/ pause your subscription.

‼️ If you do not receive a response back within 1 day (even after checking your spam folder), that means we DID NOT receive your request, and your membership will NOT be canceled. In that event, please contact us again immediately. 

To avoid the next billing, please notify us of your change request at least 24 hours prior to your billing renewal date. 

If you purchased via Apple Store/ google play store (on your phone/iPad/tablet), when you downloaded our app. Then you need to cancel your subscription directly on the apple/ google stores because we do not have control those subscriptions.
